When do I let MyDesk management know that I'm moving out?

Members are required to give a notice at the beginning of the month if they want to move out at the end of the month. Example: If a member wants to move out on 1st July, they must give notice to the management by 1st June.

Can I just take one membership for my employee and visit the space once in a while?

This is an individual membership. He/she can book the meeting room and have meetings with you – 10 hours in a month – but if you’re planning to stay for more than 3 hours on a given day, you should buy a day-pass.

Is tea/coffee separately chargeable?

No. The cafeteria provides members with free tea and coffee, but some individually prepared drinks are chargeable.

Are pricing plans inclusive of taxes?

No. The prices listed are independent of service tax which will be applied at billing.

Are your agreements really month to month?

Yes. Our flexible month-to-month commitment provides you with the stability of an office along with the flexibility you need to grow your business.For the exception of the virtual plan, all other pricing plans only require a month to month commitment.

Can I use MyDesk's address as my official company address?

As a member, you can use our address as your corresponding address. If you need the address to be your registered business address you can opt for the Virtual Plan which has some additional benefits too.

Can I have people from outside for meetings?

We understand that meeting prospective clients and business partners is an essential part of a growing business and we hence provide for you to use any conference room for 10 hours in a month, upto 2 hours a day.

Do you have any storage area?

We have lockable cupboards where you can store your personal belongings like files/documents. But we do not provide large storage spaces or warehousing facilities.

Is there an advance booking of the meeting room required?

Yes. You can book a meeting room in advance through our internal member management system after you’ve signed up.

Can you help me in fundraising?

We are not investors but we do create an environment that facilitates interactions between investors & entrepreneurs by organising various events like Reverse Pitch where investors pitch to startups and talk about their ticket size, selection criteria etc. Similarly, when investors fly down to India and show interest in meeting good companies and startups, we facilitate these interactions.

If my team grows, would they be accommodated?

Absolutely! There are so many stories of people joining MyDesk as a team of 2 and growing exponentially.We do request you to give our team a heads up about any new members joining your team so that we can make the arrangements accordingly.

Does MyDesk give a referral reward if I send friends to a MyDesk location?

Yes. You get a 10% discount on the referral’s first month’s invoice amount. So does the referral.

Is mail handling available?

Yes. Our members are entitled to use the services provided by our many valued partners, including mailing and courier services.
Note – Courier charges are to be beared by the member itself.

Is it possible to store my servers in the common server room?

Unfortunately, we don’t allow foreign devices inside of the server room due to space and security issues.

Can I join MyDesk in the middle of a month?

Of course, you can start with your membership at any time during the month. That’s not an issue.

What is the average square footage space for my office space?

MyDesk office is uniquely designed and differs per location. We typically measure in desk space with more than enough room for a member to work comfortably. Schedule a tour to check it out for yourself!
